In 2025, guests at our annual Red Wine & Blues event enjoyed her incredible desserts. Now, she's launching her own food truck - Rolling With Mrs. Jo, the mobile extension of her established culinary business, Mrs. Jo’s Petite Eats, bringing elevated Southern comfort cuisine to the Washington DC area. A meaningful day spent with the Airmen at Goodfellow Air Force Base. @GoodfellowAFB17 During his visit, @RobertIrvine had the opportunity to tour the base and connect with the service members who train here as military firefighters; hearing first hand about their mission, their training, and the commitment it takes to protect others. We wrapped up the visit with a Breaking Bread With Heroes meal, serving more than 1,100 Airmen. Moments like these remind us that food does more than bring people together. A major milestone at Fort Hood! @RobertIrvine joined leaders and service members for the grand opening of 42 Bistro, a first-of-its-kind dining facility on base where soldiers can use their existing meal entitlements for fresh, high-quality food options. From smoothies and acai bowls to salads and Italian favorites, the bistro brings healthier, more flexible choices directly to those who serve. Access to nutritious food plays a critical role in readiness, long-term health, and overall well-being. Chef Irvine consulted with the U.S. Army during the development of 42 Bistro to help ensure service members have convenient, quality meals that support performance and resilience. Suicide is the second leading cause of death among veterans under 45.
