“Her husband is gone. But she is not alone.” This Memorial Day, we honor the men and women who never made it home, the veterans who carry their memory forward, and the families whose lives were changed forever by that sacrifice. Last year, one of our Gold Star widows participated in a wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery on behalf of the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines. She shared, “I've always felt really close to everyone here from his unit. They always keep in touch, they support me in my life, and make sure I am taken care of. We are family forever.” That enduring sense of connection is what today is truly about. At the Robert Irvine Foundation, programs like Reuniting the Brave help veterans and Gold Star families reconnect with the people and communities who continue to walk beside them long after the uniform comes off. Because no family should carry loss alone. #MemorialDay

I've spent years showing up for this community. Not because someone asked me to, but because I've seen what happens when no one does. I’ve looked service members and veterans in the eye and witnessed the real cost of isolation and silence. That’s something that stays with you. So, when @WeFaceTheFight asked me to be part of this conversation, there was no hesitation. I joined JoAnne Bass and @PatrickMurphyPA for a real talk hosted by Anthony Shop of @ChiefInfluencer. These conversations aren't about scripts or polish, they're about what it takes to reach veterans before crisis hits. They're about meeting people where they are, using your platform when it matters, and recognizing that waiting isn’t a strategy. Listen to it. Then tag a leader below who needs to hear it. If you're reading this, you probably know someone who does. -- @RobertIrvine Watch now: youtube.com/watch?si=Ih-Oj…

Healthy habits often start at home and around the table. Recently, Chef Dan Lee from Farina Pasta, one of our Let’s Chow food trucks, joined members of our Programs team and RIF volunteer Melissa Benjamin to spend the afternoon with a military family, helping their kids prepare nutritious snacks and meals together through hands-on cooking and connection in the kitchen at Vetri Community Partnership in Philadelphia. @vetricommunity While Let’s Chow is often recognized for serving meals in communities across the country, moments like these show how our programs can work together in meaningful ways. This pilot experience reflects our commitment to strengthening military families through nutrition, connection, and shared experiences that support long-term wellness before challenges become crisis. Because food is more than fuel. It has the power to bring people together.

Food is fuel. And fuel is everything. The Robert Irvine Foundation believes food is more than nourishment. It is the foundation for strength, performance, and long-term well-being. We are working to improve how we fuel our soldiers, support the education of future military doctors, and care for those who serve. Strength doesn't come from grit alone. It is built and maintained by what fuels the body and the mind. Learn more about our food programs led by @RobertIrvine robertirvinefoundation.org/programs/food

From check-in to the course, golfers created something of their own. A custom hat made on-site, a small detail that becomes a lasting reminder of the day. Because when details are done right, they stay with you. GigaTECH made that possible.

“Going to the Marine Corps Museum was the highlight for me. While I lived through Operation Iraqi Freedom I, II, and III at home, it opened my eyes to a whole new perspective on what I heard from my husband on the phone during those times. Words can only paint so much of a picture. It was surreal being there, knowing it was only a replica and still not even close to the real thing. Definitely makes me appreciate my husband and his fellow Marines' service even more than I did the day before.” - Veteran Spouse and Reuniting the Brave Participant Today, on Military Spouse Appreciation Day, we give extra thanks and recognition to the men and women who selflessly take charge of the homes and families while their spouses actively protect our nation. We recognize the sacrifices and additional burdens placed on military spouses and appreciate the emotional support they lend, oftentimes over the phone or from afar. Your love and care for your spouses and our nation is felt every day.

Happening now - @RobertIrvine visits U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden in Germany “For us, seeing someone like that come here to visit us just to talk to us, just to sit with the Soldiers is really good,” said Staff Sgt. Ivy Roberson IV, Vice President of Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers. “To see that no matter what happens, someone is thinking about them, especially someone who's as successful and as creative as Chef Irvine is.” army.mil/article/292253…
