So much pride! I 💜 being in spaces where @STEMgirlsRISE scholars are the experts, not the adults (in this case, me). @Mads070 class worked on their hour of code through @codeorg and when a scholar got stuck, they leaned on their peer for support!

Kindergarten @STEMgirlsRISE scholars are learning that it isn’t enough to simply recognize and write numerals, the importance is understanding the beautiful relationships within mathematics and life to make deeper connections.

@STEMgirlsRISE Kindergarten scholars engage in the Engineering Design Process around their PBL bird feeder build. Scholars engaged in communicate, collaboration and critical thinking during this jam session.
