Month four of our collaboration with @FirstPersonCIC & @ManifestiveCIC 93 well-being appointments delivered, no waiting lists, no access barriers, all free. Coaching, clinical support & community engagement. We are are dedicated to breaking down barriers to employment 💜
24% of the prison population have been in care. Today, we launch phase 2 of our outreach at @hmpps, helping young care leavers with advice and guidance. After release, we provide wraparound support and jobs in a safe space. Thank you to HMP team from Liverpool for the support.
A huge thank you to @MetroMayorSteve who took time out yesterday to speak with young people who access our service. Thanks to @mattycaine87 Dan from @TheRegendaGroup and @SenateGroup who explained how private, public, and VCSE sector are working together to change lives.
