@AltenburgBert @dalepartridge almost entirely agree. except that the golden rule is literally one of jesus' teachings (matthew 7:12, luke 6:31). jesus' teachings were universally pretty terrific. what his followers have done with them....another story, sadly.

1) There is only one reality, so all made-up religions (including christianity) will always be not true. So, they will always be “under attack”. 2) The secular Golden Rule (Don’t do unto another what you don’t want to be done to you) is far superior to what the scriptures have to offer.

@dalepartridge you're primarily missing the actual christian part. not one single suggestion you made comports with literally any of christ's words. some align with some translations of paul's, but you've missed the mark, which is the literal definition of "sinning." repent!
