Commend RRP on raising a valid point about safety of political leaders, most importantly, to put an end to the unnecessary speculations arising out of such incidents and to keep political vultures at bay. But what is the solution? If the state has to display complete control over the operations of these helicopters then the only viable option if for the state to own a fleet of helicopters for state use. It will also save the taxpayers' money as private companies charge a bomb for such services, which is being spent from the taxpayers' account. Every state should look at procuring and managing "Made in India, Owned by Govt" helicopters.
