Let me make it clear.
A 2 bench judge can never over turn a 9-bench Indra sawney judgement wherein it is clearly written that creamy layer cannot be implemented for SC/ST.
After this there are two judgements both 5-bench wherein creamy layer was adjudicated in favor of SC-ST that creamy layer cannot be implemented.
At max they can refer to a larger bench like the 11-bench wherein again creamy layer question can be considered.
Nothing will come out of this.
