@ritdye does rit dye have an app where you can take a picture of the color your wanting to dye or at least attempt to match? I have a pair of pants that the color is called canteen green. Personally it look like an olive green to me.

@GradyLugosi Color theory applies here! You can try overdyeing the jeans with our All-Purpose Purple or DyeMore in Royal Purple if you want the threads to dye as well

Hey @ritdye what flavor of your dye do I need to turn a lighter indigo pair of jeans into a dark purple, or blurple, pair of jeans? They're 73% cotton, 24% polyester, 2% rayon, 1% spandex. 👀 does regular color theory apply? I've never dyed clothes before. 😂

@ultraultravires You can do either! But using it right after will help reduce your rinse time.

I'm building a 12 string strat kit. Here's some pics of finishing the body. Blue Rit dye was applied then sanded back, then purple and pink dyes added, then some black stain in the edges. Applying clear coat over the weekend.

@ritdye pls advise: Can I use 1 batch Color Remover stovetop method for 2sm linen garments of 2diff colors? Md dusk green& Lt dusk pink. Cannot find if transfer risk of Dk to Lt. Want2lift both & re-dye nice Rit colors after so shades won’t be muddied as originals are. TY🙏🏼

My entry for the #IRONWIG2022 finals from @ArdaWigs "Dye Challenge with Mythologie theme" We got a "Le Tigre" in white and Rit dye in Saphire Blue. And I can't decide for mermaid oder sea monster so... Say hello to angler-fish mermaid 😂👍
