Dr. Kakodkar isn’t just warning as a scientist. He designed India’s nuclear roadmap. When he says abandoning thorium is “suicidal,” he’s watching 60 years of public investment get quietly buried. Here’s what the news won’t connect for you: 👇 → India holds 25% of the world’s thorium reserves; the largest share of any democracy → Our own thorium reactor (AHWR) has been stuck on a drawing board for 20 straight years → China has already built and tested the world’s first thorium molten salt reactor → We’re still “planning” Now watch the timeline: Nov 2025: Adani Group announces nuclear sector ambitions Dec 2025: Modi govt “bulldozes” the SHANTI Act through Parliament in days, opens nuclear to private players, caps liability, allows 49% foreign investment Feb 2026: Adani Atomic Energy Limited is born, targeting 30 GW And instead of developing indigenous thorium capability through our own DAE scientists, NTPC signs a deal with a US firm (CCTE) to import thorium fuel technology; for reactors sitting right on top of India’s own thorium. Read that again. We have the world’s thorium. We couldn’t build our own reactor in 20 years. But we passed a law in 3 days to open the sector to a crony. This isn’t policy failure. This is policy design. Kakodkar is a patriot shouting into a void. The government isn’t abandoning thorium out of neglect; it’s abandoning Indian ownership of thorium, on purpose.

This guy has been raising funds for his son's medical treatment, who is suffering from cerebral palsy. The biggest donor is an Indian immigrant: Naval Ravikant (@naval) Let's hope the child recovers, and grows up to be a man that isn't a mediocre white retard like his dad.

Notice how the EAM was practically dragging his feet in informing the public about his conversation with Iran’s Foreign Minister that happened last night. He was finally compelled to mention it today only because the Iranian Foreign Ministry’s statement about their conversation had already been circulating for hours. According to that statement, the Iranian Foreign Minister emphasized the need for bilateral and multilateral organisations and forums like BRICS – of which India is currently the Chair – “to condemn the military aggression against Iran.” So, what Jaishankar fleetingly described as “discussed bilateral matters as also BRICS-related issues” is, in reality, the Iranian Foreign Minister’s attempt to move what little remains of Jaishankar’s conscience. In the backdrop of this conversation is a resolution at the United Nations signed by 134 countries, including India, demanding the “immediate cessation of all attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran.” Interestingly, India has shown little urgency in demanding the cessation of all attacks by the United States of America and Israel - even though it is Iran where close to 170 school girls have been killed in a single air strike. What a sad ebb in India’s foreign policy!

Imagine contributing to India’s Gdp providing employment to people and paying taxes—yet in return the government leaves you with overflowing sewage water right next to your factory. And these industries don’t speak against the government and bureaucrats because they know 🙊🤐

Update: This video was taken 9 days ago Instead of cleaning the area, they simply burnt the garbage, which probably took more effort. The entire stretch still looks filthy. In a Smart City there should be smart governance—install CCTV cameras and fine people who throw garbage

@theswapnilsri True. My father used to discuss all the expenses with me, even when I was in school. Now I don’t mind telling him how much I earn or where I spend my money. He never stopped me from buying anything when I wasn’t earning, and even today he never tells me how to spend my money.

Let me say something that might hit hard today. When I was in school, my father didn’t just trust me with pocket money, he gave me access to his entire net banking account. Every rupee he earned, every transaction, everything was open to me. He never questioned me. Never said “beta, don’t spend this here.” Just pure, unconditional trust. And today? We hesitate to even tell our parents our salary. We hide our appraisals. We say “it’s my money, my decision.” Bro, when did we become like this? Think about it. How many times did you ask for something completely random as a kid? A toy you used twice. Shoes you wore once. A gadget you forgot in a month. Did your parents ever say “this is useless, I won’t buy it”? NEVER. They just smiled and made it happen. Even when it was tight. Even when they had their own needs pending. And now when it’s OUR turn, when they ask for something small, something simple, we roll our eyes and call it an “unnecessary expense.” That’s the part that breaks me. Personally, I spend 60 to 70% of my earnings on my family. And trust me bro, I’m not saying this to show off. I’m saying this because I have NEVER felt more peaceful in my life. You know what my parents do with that money? They don’t splurge. They don’t waste it. They quietly pass it to relatives in need. To the house help. To someone struggling in the family nobody talks about. That money doesn’t just feed one home. It flows like a blessing to 10 others. And when I see that smile on their face, that proud, satisfied smile, no salary hike, no business milestone, no Instagram like has ever come close to that feeling. We are not self made. We are parent made. Every skill you have, every opportunity you got, every risk you could afford to take, there was a parent behind it who silently sacrificed something so you could move forward. So please. Share your earnings. Not because they need it. But because YOU need to give it. Because some returns in life are not financial. They’re emotional!
