Often, people don’t write because they have a lot to say. They have a lot to say because they write.

Lantern consciousness when generating ideas. Spotlight consciousness when executing.

Integrate that shadow!

Give me truth that pierces carefully crafted delusions, that brings us to see ourselves unvarnished, that makes us feel the full weight of beholding the world without filter.

The body is the channel, the breath is the instrument, the mind is the snake that needs to be charmed.

Taking a moment to notice how light illuminates and casts shadows.

Consistency, delay of gratification, and impulse control, tempered by occasional bouts of intuitive abandon.

Nothing forces clarity quite as effectively as writing.

Today’s intention: to nurture myself, to put in the work and do something nice for myself, to turn love inward and let its light reveal insights I didn’t know I possessed.

Today’s intention: to wake up my body.

Today’s mandate: to embrace the cringe.

Best way to start the day is with writing.

Stayed up late making something beautiful for myself.

Dialing in the details is always exhausting, always worth it.
