Today students gave a peer feedback about their narrative writing. Next step is for them to use the feedback given to them to make their writing stronger! They did a great job! @BIS_principal @MrsMartin_BIS @LCS_BC

Today we started our first self-paced unit in LA! We are focused on theme and direct evidence! Pre-assessments determined where students started @LCS_BC @BIS_principal @MrsMartin_BIS

@rivam12 I’m reading Amal Unbound in ELA right now which ties in a lot to our curriculum but I’m going to read the Syrian refugee from Refugee in SS and allow the kids to read the other POVs on their own! ❤️

@MuellerHolly Yes! Read aloud is my favorite part of the day and a lot of my students as well! 2 weeks ago my students begged me to just read aloud the whole class period...so I did! They couldn’t wait to finish the book.
