We built rivva because most productivity tools only see half the picture. They see tasks, meetings, deadlines. But they ignore energy, recovery, and cognitive load. rivva plans your day around both. We’re now live✨. rivva.app

a founder has three jobs. everything else is serious amounts of noise. 1. you have to tell the story. roughly in three registers. first investors need inevitability. customers need to *feel* what you do/stand for. & your team needs a mission worth their best years. 2. you must secure the capital before you need it. running out of money is running out of options. you have to be relentless about it. 3. you must obsess over the product. product is the story made accessible for everyone. every shipped detail is a sentence back into the narrative in point number one. this is the entire job. everything else you either delegate or kill. early on with a really small team, delegation is a huge tax so you have to learn to kill more than you delegate.

Your best hours are being wasted. Energy peaks happen once, maybe twice a day. Usually 9-11am and 3-5pm for most people. It’s a mistake to waste those hours on meetings and admin work that your brain can handle at any other time of the day. That’s why rivva helps protect them

The best productivity tip that most people ignore is…sleep. No, really. Too little sleep = 20% slower decisions, 32% focus drop. So if you’re feeling drained and everything feels a million times harder, maybe it’s time to just take a little nap 💤

When you’re an product leader, you coordinate everything. Sprint planning. Daily standups. Stakeholder alignment. Cross-functional meetings. By 3pm, you're out of mental bandwidth for the strategic decisions that actually matter. If this is you, call rivva 👀

The 3-Priority Rule: Pick your top 3 outcomes for the week Everything else is secondary If it's not moving one of those 3, it's a distraction What are your 3 priorities this week? 👀

Every time you finish a task or a meeting, you have to decide what to work on next. That decision fatigue slowly steals time and drains your mental energy. That’s why you need tools that help you decide what to do next and ease your fatigue. That way, you just focus on the work

peak capacity shows up in windows, not marathons athletes don't train 8 hours straight musicians don't practice without breaks writers don't draft for 6 consecutive hours knowledge work is no different schedule recovery between high-focus blocks

30-min meetings doesn't actually cost 30 minutes There's 10 minutes of context switch before Then the 30 min meeting itself And then 15 min to get back into flow That's 55 minutes of capacity gone, not 30. 3 meetings = 2.75 hours burned Plan your day with this in mind

the 3-priority filter: start each week asking what 3 outcomes actually matter. then plan around those when someone asks for time: does this serve my 3? when planning the day: am I moving one of my 3? when saying yes: does this replace one of my 3?

Rhythm-based scheduling means planning your work around your body’s natural performance cycles instead of just your calendar availability. The difference matters. A lot. blog.rivva.app/p/how-rhythm-b…

Your calendar is lying to you. Most productivity tools treat your day like a puzzle: just fit the tasks into the empty slots. But here's the truth they ignore: Your 3 PM self is not the same as your 9 AM self. Your focus, energy, and cognitive capacity aren't constants. They're curves. And scheduling a deep-work session right after four back-to-back calls is a recipe for burnout, not breakthroughs. What if your schedule adapted to your energy, not the other way around? @rivva_app is the first AI planner that organizes your day around how well you can actually think. It doesn't just see tasks and meetings. It builds a complete picture using: • Your sleep & recovery data (via Apple Health) • Your historical energy & focus patterns • The cognitive load of each task • Your real-time calendar changes The result? Your most demanding work lands when you're sharpest. Lighter tasks fill the natural dips. Your plan bends instead of breaking when the day shifts. This is for founders, operators, creatives, and neurodivergent professionals who are tired of tools built for robots, not humans. Stop fighting your biology. Start scheduling for your brain. 👉 Get your day, planned around your energy: rivva.app They’re live on Product Hunt today 🚀 : producthunt.com/products/rivva #Productivity #TimeManagement #AI #Focus #MentalHealth #WorkSmart #SaaS #TechTools

Traditional productivity asks: “How much can I fit into today?” Energy-based productivity asks: “When am I actually capable of doing this well?” One puts you at risk of burnout, the other helps you get more done in a sustainable way😉
