@volkswagenindia is there someone who values customer. I have raised serious concerns & its all most 5 months where-in i am not getting any help from VW. Every time VW customer care routes back to dealer. Experience is so horrible that when i sit I in the car i get flash backs.
Seems like customers are at the mercy of dealers rather than VW to own, rectify and compensate the customer who has gone through the hell.
Suggest people to look out for dealer rather than on brands as you end up dealing with the dealer only. Brand doesnt take responsibility
@volkswagenindia What about the brand value which isnt carried out by authorized dealers of @VWGroup@VW@volkswagenindia treat their customers like sh*t & dont pay attention to the concern
@volkswagenindia There is no necessary assistance provided. You are routing me back to dealer & regional sales head which arent much of a help.
My concerns are - is this how VW customers are treated and their concerns handled?
@volkswagenindia you are also routing back to the dealer whereas dealer has been the biggest issue. Is this how customer complaints are ben addressed.
Would like to understand your brand value as that isnt been followed by the dealer. Who is responsible for it.
