how to speak in front of camera ? im so bad at it

Just start recording and talking. Even if it's reading something off a script in the beginning, it helps a lot. That's what worked for me.
My first videos were heavily scripted and honestly showed how underconfident I was on camera. Even today, I still script a lot before recording. But with every video, it gets easier.
Once you see yourself expressing ideas clearly, the confidence starts building naturally. You get better by doing.
