BREAKING: Festus 2023 graduate Arhmad Branch won the Class 4 state championship in the long jump with a distance of 7.12 meters in Jefferson City.

Festus senior Ian Schram is the Class 4 state champion in the 1,600-meter run with a time of 4:17.17.

Festus senior Ella Shy is the Class 4 state pole vault champion with a height of 3.33 meters.

Festus senior Arhmad Branch set the school record in the long jump in 22 feet, 7.25 inches (6.89 meters) Saturday at Herculaneum.

Seckman senior Noa Isaia set the school record in the shot put in 16.25 meters at the Old Settlement Invitational in Ste. Genevieve on Thursday night.

Jason Therrell is the new activities director at Festus High School. He replaces Eric Allen in July. Allen is retiring at the end of the school year.

The 2022-2023 season came to an end. The coaching staff is so proud of every single one of these girls. The five seniors are going to go far in life and we are proud of each of you. What a great season and we can’t wait to see the rest of you girls put in the work this offseason!
