Can we for once talk about how useless Laporta is ? He manipulated our fanbase into thinking he did something for our club. Lamine, Cubarsi, Gavi and Bernal are from La Masia. Pedri and others were here before him. Apart from 35 year Lewy and Raphinha, what did he do for the club ?
Bought useless players like Felix, Rashford to convince this poverty fanbase that’ll swallow anything you put into their mouth. Alvarez was never a possibility, they knew it and they tried so the fanbase thinks it’s “Atletico” and “Alvarez” that denied. They still are in a financial crisis. They can’t register anyone, so they started a media campaign against De Jong, so he’s forced to take surgery and they can register players in that space.
Everytime they link with big players and fail, blame others and escape criticism. Flick literally saved the board for two years, if you know 2023-24 you would know how bad were our situation and there’s literally zero improvement after that. It’s still the same or worse. Propping mediocre players in the media so this fool of a fanbase believes they have everything at home just to realise later that they’re scrubs. They’re convincing our fanbase that’ll swallow Gerard Martin is good enough to not sign a CB. Without Flick this team was just mid and holes still exist. Even Flick will run out and all we’re left with is useless signings once again. Luck here and there and the president takes all the credit. It’s funny how easy it is to be president. Just own the media and run narratives, they’ll make you the king. One of the biggest legend of the game came forward against this president and people were on “Laporta’s” side. That’s how manipulated the fanbase is.
