🇺🇸✨ Celebrating Jewish American Heritage Month ✨🇺🇸 This May we celebrated several Jewish-Americans with Egyptian roots who have carried pieces of Egypt’s rich cultural heritage with them to the United States, helping shape American journalism, literature, and public life. Rabbi Haim Moussa Douek, the last chief rabbi of Egypt, moved to Brooklyn, New York, in 1972 where he advocated for Jewish communities across the Middle East. Lucette Lagnado was born in Cairo before emigrating to the United States, where she became a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author. Through her acclaimed memoir The Man in the White Sharkskin Suit, she introduced American audiences to the experiences of Egypt’s Jewish community. André Aciman was born in Alexandria to a Jewish family deeply connected to the city’s cultural life before settling in the United States and becoming a prominent American academic and novelist known for exploring memory, exile, and Mediterranean identity in his work. Richard Ben Cramer, whose family traced roots to the Egyptian Jewish diaspora, became one of America’s most influential journalists and authors, widely recognized for his impactful writing on American politics. Their stories reflect Egypt’s long history of Jewish heritage and the enduring connections between Egypt and the United States. #JAH

🔴 في 25 مايو الماضي، اجتمع رئيس الوزراء مصطفى مدبولي مع مسئولي الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام "ماسبيرو"، وطالبهم بضرورة التعامل مع الديون المتراكمة على الهيئة بعدما تجاوزت 119 مليار جنيه. ◾ولكن قبل هذا الاجتماع بشهرين فقط، وتحديدًا في مارس الماضي، أصدر الجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات تقريرًا يحذر من تصاعد ديون الشركة المتحدة للخدمات الإعلامية، المملوكة لأحد أجهزة الدولة الأمنية، لصالح الشركة المصرية للإنتاج الإعلامي المالكة لمدينة الإنتاج الإعلامي بأكتوبر، والمملوكة للهيئة الوطنية للإعلام "ماسبيرو" بأكثر من 342 مليون جنيه تمثل نحو ثلث الديون المستحقة للشركة لدى عملائها. ⚠️ "#صحيح_مصر" يرصد في هذا التقرير كيف قفزت مديونية الشركة المتحدة لصالح الشركة المصرية للإنتاج الإعلامي بأكثر من 54% خلال عام واحد فقط، لتقترب من 343 مليون جنيه بنهاية العام الماضي. 🔴 حجم الزيادة في عام واحد ◾كشف التقرير الصادر عن الجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات، نهاية شهر مارس الماضي، عن تضخم ديون الشركة المتحدة للخدمات الإعلامية، إذ وصلت إجمالي الديون المستحقة عليها إلى نحو 342 مليون و859 ألف جنيه حتى ديسمبر الماضي. ◾وبذلك زادت بنسبة تتجاوز 54.4% وبقيمة 120.8 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بديسمبر 2024، بحسب القوائم المالية للشركة المصرية للإنتاج الإعلامي. ◾وتأسست الشركة المتحدة للخدمات الإعلامية عام 2016 بعد عامين فقط من تولي الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي الرئاسة، وهي مملوكة لصندوق "إيجل كابيتال" المملوك لأحد الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية، بحسب موقع مدى مصر. ◾ولفت تقرير المركزي للمحاسبات إلى أن مديونية الشركة المتحدة تمثل نسبة 38.3% من إجمالي ديون الشركة المصرية للإنتاج الإعلامي على عملائها، وهو ما يعكس درجة ملحوظة من تركز المخاطر مع عميل واحد رئيسي. ◾ويُعد هذا النوع من التركز في الديون من النقاط التي أثارها تقرير المركزي للمحاسبات، لأنه يعني أن جزءًا كبيرًا من التدفقات النقدية المتوقعة للشركة يعتمد على جهة واحدة، مما قد يزيد من مستوى المخاطر في حال تأخر السداد أو حدوث أي تعثر. ◾وأشار تقرير المركزي إلى أن المعايير المحاسبية تُشير إلى أهمية الإفصاح الكامل عن مثل هذه التركزات المالية، إلى جانب توضيح طبيعة الضمانات وأي أدوات لتخفيف المخاطر، بما يضمن صورة أوضح عن المركز المالي الحقيقي للشركة. 🔴 مسلسلات رمضان ◾وقال مصدر داخل الشركة المتحدة للخدمات الإعلامية، فضّل عدم الكشف عن هويته، لـ"صحيح مصر"، إن الزيادة الكبيرة في مديونية الشركة خلال العام الماضي تعود إلى عاملين أساسيين، أولهما تأخر سداد تكاليف إنتاج الأعمال الدرامية التي قدمتها المتحدة خلال موسمي رمضان 2025 و2026. ◾وأوضح المصدر أن الشركة أنتجت 44 مسلسلًا خلال الموسمين، بواقع 22 مسلسلًا في كل موسم رمضاني، ما أدى إلى ارتفاع الالتزامات المالية المستحقة عليها. ◾وأضاف أن السبب الثاني يرتبط بوجود ديون مُرحلة ومتراكمة منذ سنوات سابقة، بدأت قبل توسعات المتحدة واستحواذها على عدد من الشبكات والقنوات الفضائية، بينها شبكات CBC والحياة وDMC، إلى جانب قنوات ON TV. 🔴 ديون مرّحلة على الشركة المتحدة ◾في المقابل، كشف مصدر بالشركة المصرية للإنتاج الإعلامي لـ"صحيح مصر"، أن الشركة المتحدة سددت خلال الفترات السابقة نحو 170 مليون جنيه من المديونيات المتأخرة عليها. ◾وكانت الشركة المصرية لمدينة للإنتاج الإعلامي قد ردّت على ملاحظة المركزي بشأن زيادة مديونية شركة المتحدة، بأن المتحدة من أكبر العملاء، علاوة على كونها شريك في تقديم رسالة إعلامية وطنية. ◾وكان عضو مجلس إدارة بالشركة المصرية لمدينة الإنتاج الإعلامي، أوضح في تصريحات سابقة لـ"صحيح مصر"، أن المديونية المتراكمة تعود إلى عدة بنود، أهمها وأكبرها إيجارات المقار واستوديوهات القنوات. ◾إذ تمتلك المدينة -بحسب المصدر- جميع الاستوديوهات ومقار القنوات الموجودة داخل المدينة الكائنة في طريق الواحات بمنطقة حدائق أكتوبر، وجميع القنوات متعاقدة مع إدارة المدينة بعقود مؤقتة تجدد كل عام. ◾وتأسست مدينة الإنتاج الإعلامي خلال عهد الرئيس مبارك عام 1997، على مساحة 3 ملايين متر مربع، في مدينة السادس من أكتوبر، منطقة حرة للإنتاج الفني والإعلامي. وتمتلك المدينة 6 مجمعات للاستوديوهات الفضائية تتراوح مساحتها بين 55 م2 إلى 1200 م2، تحتوي على 85 ستوديو مجهز بالمعدات والكاميرات وشبكات الإضاءة وعزل الصوت. ◾وأشار المصدر -الذي عني لسنوات بمتابعة الإدارة المالية لمدينة الإنتاج- إلى أن مجلس إدارة المدينة، يقيم الإيجارات سنويا، خلال تجديد التعاقدات مع القنوات المختلفة، لتقدير الزيادة السنوية في الإيجارات حسب نسب التضخم وزيادة الأسعار وغيرها، وتراوحت نسب الزيادة في الإيجارات خلال الخمس سنوات الماضية ما بين 10 إلى 20 %، لذلك يستبعد المصدر أن يكون السبب الرئيس في تصاعد الديون هو زيادة الإيجارات بقدر تراكم ديون سابقة. ◾ليس الإيجارات وحدها، ولكن أيضا تدفع القنوات للمدينة، فواتير سنوية نظير استخدام المرافق والخدمات المختلفة المتوفرة لتشغيل الاستديوهات ومقرات القنوات، مثل الكهرباء والمياه والغاز طبيعي، بجانب إيجار بعض المعدات في الاستديوهات المؤجرة بكامل تجهيزاتها الفنية. @umsegypt #صحيح_مصر 📨 لو عندك تصريح، خبر، بوست أو تغريدة عايز تتأكد من دقته ومدى صحته.. فريق صحيح مصر على استعداد لتلقي رسائلكم واستفساراتكم عن أي معلومة مشكوك في صحتها، عبر رسائل الصفحة أو على الايميل info@saheeh.news

A barrage of rockets launched by Hezbollah last night struck a church in southern Lebanon, according to footage published by the IDF. According to the military, the rockets struck several buildings in Marjaayoun, including Saint Georges Orthodox Church, causing damage. The IDF says that troops were not operating in the vicinity of the church.
