@humanworkplace Don't really think there is a path, look for the most interesting projects/opportunities available whenever you free up and advocate for yourself to get on those projects. The series of projects will give you experiences beyond what any defined path can.

Q. I applied for a marketing manager job. In my area jobs don’t pay. The job ad described a $75K job so I figured they might pay $60K. The recruiter contacted me. He said I can schedule you for an interview if you agree to the salary which is $50K. Should I even go? A. Folks?
