@RichBuckheit If you are Director of Recruitment in a small school and do not know who is coming to your school how do you justify your $125k salary? If you’re the coach, and HS kids are transferring in, you’re breaking the rules. How can you do both?

@RichBuckheit Correct - this issue is in the very first line of the by law. If you are recruiting kids prior to HS that is allowed. However, in this case there were multiple student athletes who transferred from another HS in which recruiting is not allowed.
