Building a mental healthcare system everyone can access comes down to a thousand small things: page speed, test reliability, dead feature flags, the backlog that's always one sprint away. So we built a pool of AI agents to take it on. They triage the backlog, write the fix, and see their own PRs through CI and review. We asked: "How much would you recommend our AI coding tools" to the team. NPS score was -26. Everyone has Cursor + Claude Code, the gap to close is making our large monorepo friendly to AI agents. Migrations that were never finished, unreliable devX, not enough test coverage.

Testing OpenClaw with harness loop to create a small Android project. Goal: save all of my emulator saves to Synology NAS. github.com/rnaud/emusaves It generated the project, the github actions, the releases pages, unit tests. The APK is loading, now let's see what works :)

My hero test for every new model launch is to try to one shot a multi-player RPG (persistence, NPCs, combat/item/story logic, map editor, sprite editor. etc.) Just kicked off with Opus 4.6. Will report back shortly. And will test 5.3 when in Cursor (soon?)
