@Duncan_CNO i met with the crisis response team last year @mcrlco the work these teams do is mostly unseen and invaluable for the communities they serve.

I also went out on a visit with Barbara, who has been a community nurse for 18 years, to deliver essential medication to an elderly patient who would otherwise not be able to manage his long term health needs at home.

It was a pleasure to spend time with the Evening Service at @bhamcommunity this evening – a community service that responds to patients needs across the city, keeping them safe at home and avoiding unnecessary admissions.
