What your middle school biology class didn't teach you -
sex and gender identity are very simple for the vast majority of people. But not everyone.
In NO way do I support allowing athletes with clear male hormone/development advantages to compete against traditional females. But please understand that these disorders are real and very confusing for the individuals that truly have them.

@BrianSuttererMD Also, I would point that it's unlikely that these athletes wouldn't at least know they are different. For example, those born with undescended testes would develop in a very different way to a female (see Caster Semenya). It shouldn't come as a shock.
