It is definitely your problem when someone else, makes money through YOUR name and shipping out literally nothing
It is literally ONLY your problem if suddenly shopify knocks on your door demanding 100k for chargebacks that have to be paid on your name
You NEVER sell a shop with your name on it.
Either sell the whole company and throw yourself out, or sell the shop but demand a processor switch
