🚨😳 SHOCKING FOOTAGE: A U.S. Post Office parking lot in LA’s Westlake District has been completely TAKEN OVER by a massive homeless encampment. Tents packed wall-to-wall. Trash EVERYWHERE. Parking spots and alleys completely swallowed up by homeless people.
