@skulthorp Respectfully disagree. Policy is rarely superficial and KPIs can often be vital to the point of life saving. Just depends what they are. Happy to agree to disagree on this though.

This local gov bloke is a key cog in the consultancy blob. Derives superficial policy from 'good science.' Hits meaningless KPIs. More contracts, more influence. Bureaucracy by efficiency and data. Little bearing on reality. Telling that Cameron/Osborne were first drawn to it.

The challenge is, what words make a difference. Small % improvements applied to large numbers make a big difference

Big things happening down at cricket hill! Today marked the start of our annual cricket week. Unfortunately, it was a complete wash out after the storm and rain last night and this morning. But hopefully the coming games will be unaffected by the wet stuff.
