To allow declarations at 10am on the richest day of all weather racing of the year and then cancel the fixture an hour later leaving jockeys unable to ride at other meetings is absolutely disgraceful.

Breaking: The next three fixtures at Chelmsford City have been cancelled after the BHA refused to grant a licence to Golden Mile Racing Limited - the new operating company. No further fixtures will be staged at Chelmsford pending the outcome of any appeal process.

@SurfWithSharks @oddzowen Epson is an awful track for finishing horses' careers who give everything and get a hard race in an Oaks or Derby.. more often than not, there never the same again.

@oddzowen I think the Oaks run knocked the stuffing out of her. Just like the Godolphin filly that finished 2nd in the Oaks the year before. Never the same again .

@The2000Guineas There is no real form lines between the two races of note. My personal opinion tho is that the first two at Haydock will prove to be better than the Dewhurst horses in Newmarket

THE ODYSSEY (Frankel x Bateel) is nearing his racecourse debut. FH Graffard has entered him in the Prix Juigne. Last year's winner of Juigne was the Graffard trained DARYZ who went on to the win the ARC. The Odyssey is entered in the Gr1 French Derby & the Gr1 Grand Prix De Paris.

@CraigTalbot19 Having been on the go all winter being trained for Cheltenham.. surely, he will need a break at some stage? You would think a race or two in spring might be possible.. but he surely can't run during the summer?
