@silliestzane When I had my gallbladder emergency surgery my husband was going to call an ambulance and I told him to hang up the phone and drive me because my insurance only covers $600 for an ambulance ride and they can bill you for the rest which is like thousands of dollars. Yeah it’s lame

@reachrachelkahn CVS is so annoying for changing their phone system. You used to be able to call and get someone on the phone. Now you have to go through all these prompts and they make you leave a voicemail and then maybe someone calls you back.

CVS elected not to fill my ADHD meds (again) because they aren't covered by insurance (again) so i had to call them (again) to tell them yes we really do pay out of pocket (again) and this time they've changed their phone system so you literally can't just talk to a pharmacist...
