Except this approach does nothing to “effect” meaningful change—it just causes chaos. Fentanyl? Smuggled through legal ports of entry and heavily driven by U.S. demand. Immigration? Rooted in economic disparity and instability in Central America, not something Mexico can “fix” overnight.
