Don't reduce incredible, loving, and beautifully complex humans to being "leads in your funnel."

Those things are gone. The guaranteed pensions are gone. The security is gone. So they might as well have lived on a different planet. Be wary of well-meaning advice from others.

It wasn't often that people changed jobs or a lot less frequently, but you were also guaranteed a pension. You were also able to, on that salary, to be able to put your kids through college and be able to buy a house.

There’s a danger with well-meaning friends + family members.
