@MTrentManning Gotta love it. Never fails especially after new turf guard are installed

@jaydotseedot I I don’t have flow between a and b. I did disconnect both lines on the canister and had gas coming out of the larger hose whe the machine was shaken a little.
English

@robel_donLCCC Haven’t had this issue but I would check the vacuum valve. You should not have flow between A & B with no vacuum applied to port C. Potentially could have bad valve pulling vacuum on tank and drawing fuel into canister.#23 in diagram.

Having an issue with a toro 5800. Gas keeps coming out of the charcoal canister. Tried a new fuel cap and checked lines for clogs. Anybody else have this issue? #reelturftechs

@robel_donLCCC Let me look tomorrow when I get in I know I have a few extra elevator chains
English

@MattFreemanSVEM Hydraulic motor for small conveyer. Rollers for conveyor. Small conveyer belt elevator chain. Foot that’s what I remember off the top of my head
English

@MTrentManning @jaydotseedot Yeah I dont think that would work for us. We do our fairways and pick them also. It’s a shame because the harvesters on the gators are working well for us
English

@jaydotseedot @robel_donLCCC I was told 3 hoppers to 1 progator bed.
English

@MTrentManning @jaydotseedot How much does the core sweeper hold. We do everything in house so we run 3-4 harvesters to clean fairways.
English

@robel_donLCCC @jaydotseedot I will have 2 units for sale as soon as I get the core sweeper we ordered. I my have a spare shoe in inventory. I'll check tomorrow.
English

@jaydotseedot @MTrentManning How much do one of them hold. We do everything in house so picking fairways looks like it would fill that rather quickly

@jaydotseedot I just talked to texted/Jacobsen and the shoe is no longer in production and they have 0 in stock. Same for belt, conveyor motor, rollers, and elevator chain. Seems like they just getting out.
English

@robel_donLCCC It has been tough. If you can find a parts machine in decent condition it is one way to go. I just had to patch up my shoe as my replacement hasn’t showed up yet.

@CalClubEM @jaydotseedot Yes I know it’s pricey. Just inquired on it. Tried to come up with different things. Hard to pull out sheared the threads off a puller shaft to another pulled set.
English

@robel_donLCCC @jaydotseedot I haven’t had the pleasure of doing the repair but I do know that kit is pricey and you can probably get away with making your own or piecing a kit together
