Mum died in Feb, dad aged 92 had a stroke the same week, he’s been making slow progress physically - mentally deteriorating rapidly. I’ve moved him to be near me - this weekend he was smiling at the women’s football - lovely to see him animated

Reality of depression; some days even the simple acts of getting dressed, doing skincare, any makeup, going for a walk etc. can feel like an enormous task. Anything can take up all our energy for the day. You deserve to feel proud, just like I feel proud of myself today !! 🖤
