No it won't. It will become a landlocked country that needs to make deals with Canada and the US and those deals will benefit Canada and the US. Plus it will then need to allow immigrants in to fill the jobs of the vacancies made by people leaving because most of the people who want the provinces to leave, are at or nearing retirement and won't contribute to the new country any way. Besides, the natural population growth currently in Canada isn't high enough to grow Canada's population, so it definitely isn't high enough for a prairie country. Alberta has the 3rd largest oil reserves in the World, not Canada. The rest of Canada imports more oil from overseas, than they do from Alberta. This is a made-in-Ontario problem.
