What he leaves out are some key facts about what the actual SCC ruling for kirpans are in Canada. The SCC said that the "reasonable accommodations" was that the kirpan had to be sheathed, sewn closed, made inaccessible for use and worn out of sight beneath clothes. Did the Goodlife guy do that? No it was quite accessible & in plain view. The thing also looked like a buck knife.
