I agree with @UN Secretary-General @antonioguterres: “Around the world, we see countries acting as if the rules don’t apply to them. We see humans treated as less than human. And we must call it out.” As he rightly said at the UN General-Assembly: “Peace is our first obligation”

My message to world leaders at #UNGA: No matter the challenge or the hour, we must - and we will - overcome. We must never give up. For peace. For dignity. For justice. For humanity. For the world we know is possible when we work as one. I will never, ever give up.

No country can stop a pandemic alone. No army can halt rising temperatures. No algorithm can rebuild broken trust. Therefore I ask leaders at #UNGA to reaffirm international law & the centrality of multilateralism, reinforce human right & recommit to the principles of the @UN.
