Our third speaker for the eu/acc meetup in Bucharest will share with us some things about clean energy infrastructure. Alin Bogdan (@whiteboxideas) is the CPO of @inowattio, a startup revolutionizing energy management by putting power directly into the hands of communities. Their vision is to create cooperative smart grids that make energy access inclusive, equitable, and community-driven. Through innovative software solutions, Inowattio empowers communities to efficiently manage their energy resources, paving the way for a sustainable future where clean energy is accessible to all.

The best thing about organizing recurrent builder meetups is that you always get to know new and interesting tinkerers. And for that, we are bringing one of them to our second eu/acc meetup in Bucharest. @iamrobertolariu, CEO of @blume_ro, a hardware startup with the mission of reducing traffic accidents and increasing traffic efficiency. Started with entrepreneurship in university by building custom water-cooled PCs for gamers and content creators and later got involved in the student rights movement and organizations where he managed the fundraising department.

With 10 days remaining until the eu/acc meetup in Bucharest, it’s time to announce our first speaker @bogdaniordache, GP of @UnderlineVC, a venture capital firm that partners at the earliest stages with Eastern European founders building high-growth startups with global ambitions. Bogdan also founded the @how_to_web Conference, one of Europe’s leading startup and innovation events, and he is advising early-stage startups on raising capital, building useful products, or crafting great pitch decks. Previously Partner with Gecad Ventures and entrepreneur (founded and exited Conectoo, an enterprise email marketing service), he was involved with Springboard, MVP Academy, MVP Angels, TechHub Bucharest, and 3TS Capital Partners.

Yesterday we had our first Builder’s meetup, a new initiative cooked at e/acc Romania. We’ve made new friends and reseen old ones, all driven by the same level of ambition needed to accelerate Europe. This is the first step in creating a community of founders with conviction!

Zoom just opened a venue in London. It's called Zoom Experience Center. It's a 18,000 sqft space "designed to inspire and immerse customers and partners in our solutions by seeing firsthand how some of their most critical business" We are so back.

- Coffee and waffles - Cocktail/beer hours - Claw machines - Acro dancing - Magicians - Live charcuterie - Walking on stilts - Local dance shows - Live bands - Gaming tables (e.g., poker)

Most trade shows in Europe provide similar engagement and entertainment options for attendees. I'm curious to know what other experiences you've had beyond the ones below. Please comment below or DM me. I'm eager to find out more about other options available in the market.
