Fees like a lot of people left Saturday’s open practice feeling underwhelmed by Jeremy Hecklinski. He actually had some really impressive throws, though. This one in particular felt like it got overlooked. Heck feels the pressure from Kenneth Merrieweather, rolls right and, on the run, throws an absolute dart to KJ Parker on what I assume was a hitch route. Ball was to the sideline and up and away from the cornerback in coverage. Gave Parker just enough room to make the grab on the sideline. Super underrated, difficult throw with great placement by Hecklinski.

Mark Gronowski had an interception (I still think that Kaden Wetjen could have contested it to make it more difficult), but he hasn't been a massive issue for Iowa's offense today. Lack of aggressive play-calling and dropped passes are killing them.
