Whilst I am sorry this fault has arisen, due to the age of the item, it would be down to the customer to prove there was an inherant fault at the time of purchase.

Hello @RobertDyas thanks for the refund for the items I ordered & paid for. I would have been helpful if you had replied to any of my email, insta messages, & if I didn't have to put it on my todo list to chase you for goods after I paid for them. Not very good customer service.
