@AmazonUK Complained 3 times about leaving parcels in an unsafe space - no action. Complained AGAIN this morning - 50mins & 7 agents all of whom were “sorry” but couldn’t help. Appalling #CustomerExperience. Hope you’ve got lots of £ to replace peoples orders when they’re stolen
