@lilaline @toomanyclouds hi @lilaline totally agree on 1/2. It is depending on teams structure and skills. I cannot confirm 2/2. We did it for fortune 100 companies in huge programs (> 400 people & > 20 scrum teams) as well as for startups.

Obviously I don’t rush to Hi-Fi prototypes on Figma as soon as possible, but I always start my ideation process with pen and paper. It helps me keep impressed in mind for which personas I’m solving a problem (designing)
