✅ RECAP: SPECIAL ROUNDTABLE ON RESOLUTION 05/2025/NQ-CP In the context of the Party and the Government implementing significant reforms in organizational structures, institutions, and policies to create favorable conditions for economic sectors to thrive and to lead the nation into a new era of development, Blockchain technology has been identified as one of the 11 strategic technologies of Vietnam. On September 9, 2025, the Government issued Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP on piloting the implementation of the digital asset market in Vietnam – a landmark decision that opens tremendous opportunities for the country’s digital ecosystem. On the morning of September 29, 2025, the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Transport Economics – University of Transport and Communications, in collaboration with UBA, organized the roundtable themed: “Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP – Opportunities and Challenges in Piloting the Digital Asset Market in Vietnam.” 🔹 Agenda & Speakers The roundtable was honored to welcome and feature insights from: Mr. Tien Nguyen Anh (@TienNgAnh ) – Vice President of UBA, Founder of Cardano2vn (@cardano2vn ): The Journey of Bringing Cardano Blockchain into Universities. Mr. Thanh Khuat (@robertkhuat )– President of Blockchain Pioneer Student Club (@bps_club ): Development Directions after Resolution 05. Dr. Minh Do – President of UBA: Opportunities & Challenges from Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP. Representative from Input Output Global (@InputOutputHK @timbharrison @benohanlon @taichiyokoyama ) – the global technology company behind Cardano: International Perspectives and Roadmap for Cooperation with UBA. 🔹 Significance & Outcomes The roundtable brought together experts, lecturers, researchers, policymakers, businesses from inside and outside Vietnam, and a large number of students – key contributors to the future development of the blockchain ecosystem in the country. Beyond an academic forum, the event served as a crucial bridge between research, business, and the community, working together to: Effectively seize the opportunities brought by Resolution 05. Frankly recognize the challenges that must be addressed.
