The Matt LaFleur situation is getting interesting:⬇️ The Packers likely want to bring back MLF, but after the season collapse they’re probably pushing for a shorter, cheaper deal keeping flexibility if things go south again. MLF, on the other hand, is likely looking for near market value and a 4+ year deal. That’s what makes this tricky: give him the deal he wants and you’re on the hook financially if you need to move on after another bad season. Feels like a leverage battle.
