@Delta Can’t believe we got bumped in Atlanta, while standing there in front of the Delta attendant, Timothy, on flight DL1739. He ignored us after we ran from our first flight. He stood there, ignored us, refused to acknowledge that we had boarding passes!#Deltaterribleservice

We are hiking in Tilcara in far North Argentina. When we tell people we meet that we are from Texas, the first thing they do is make the gesture for shooting a gun.

Unfortunately, have not heard a word back from @EDI_Airport or @AerLingus. Multiple phone calls to multiple numbers. All recordings. Still no call backs!! Still no luggage!!

Scott, a very kind baggage handler @EDI_Airport just called to say he had my bag, missing for 3 weeks. He simply read my information off the name tag attached to my luggage and called me. He said he’d make sure my bag got back to me. THANK YOU SCOTT! Nothing from @AerLingus!!

@robfam7 Did you receive any phone calls from the baggage tracing team?

When will the backlog of lost baggage be returned to their owners? When will @AerLingus @DublinAirport @EdiAirport @swissportNews be held accountable for this fiasco?

@AerLingus had been totally unresponsive to my bag missing on June 5. I was told it was resent on June 9 and is somewhere in the @EdinburghAirpo1 What is going on @AerLingus @DublinAirport @EDI_Airport

@robfam7 @Muriel97752467 Becky, did you manage to get your luggage? I'm waiting on mine from a flight 6 days ago and have had no response to emails and voice messages. Wondering if best to go back to the airport to enquire at the desk?

Day 9 and still no luggage from @AerLingus. Had to go buy a bag to get home with things I had to buy to get by! Not happy! #aerlinguslostbaggage

@Muriel97752467 @AerLingus It’s been eight days and still no luggage, although heard my bag did make it to Edinburgh on June 9, but no one has called or answered the phone to schedule delivery!!! 😡

@robfam7 @AerLingus AER LINGUS, the worst airline we've ever had to deal with. Flew from US-Dublin-Edinburgh and never got our luggage 2 weeks later. Forced to buy clothes to continue vacation. Customer service horrible, Swissport was no help. What's our recourse???

I don’t understand why @AerLingus has not returned my phone calls, emails or tweets concerning my missing baggage? Have you given up @AerLingus!?!
