@robfergie1 Hi Rob. We are clearing the trapped traffic on the northbound carriageway via some emergency gates at Fryston Lane. We are also turning traffic at the back of the queue on both the northbound and southbound carriageways.

@VivAmsterdam @KLM_UK Florence airport was quiet and no issues at all with queues at check-in or passport control…….as long as Amsterdam sorts it’s baggage issue out you should be fine

@KLM_UK How is it possible you aren’t accepting checked baggage in Amsterdam today but the check-in at Florence airport didn’t know anything about it 🤷‍♂️ They checked in the full flight KL1642 with hold bags! We’ve cancelled and getting another flight, really poor communication.
