@PhilBlundell @EatTom01 That’s always a potential outcome but there’s clearly something there with him for the club to go away from the ‘Klopp profile’. I think he’s a better all round player than Konate but Konate’s undoubtedly the better/bigger athlete, Guehi’s not soft though.

I am once again baffled and now a bit concerned that the solution in the summer at centre back was a small fella, who is at best mediocre in the air. Is anyone watching this side and thinking ‘wish we were smaller’?

@PhilBlundell @EatTom01 Maybe we sacrifice winning a few headers to be better defensively in other areas, have more composure and someone actually capable of building play from the back? Teams prey on Ibou’s shortcomings with the ball. MG could cover full back too.
