10 years ago I tried to arrest dangerous driver in doing so I was dragged alongside the car as the car when the driver sped away. The physical and mental injuries I sustained resulted in me being medically retired. While recovering I wrote “The Coppers’ Lot” If you want a chance to win a free copy please like and share the post and add a honest review of the book on amazon.

After yesterday when UK justice was completely exposed as the bogus sham it is, after watching that video, after knowing that sledge hammer being swung by a domestic terrorist landed and broke a female police officers spine yet still, the jury couldn't find the bastard guilty, how do you, knowing all that put on a police officers uniform and go to work?
How do you look the public in the eye?
I know I couldn't.

@EvacTony I'm livid, I can't even find the words to express my contempt for the British criminal justice system which now clearly operates on a two tier basis. There is no longer any impartiality, it's broken beyond repaire.

was honoured to contribute to this article on the anniversary of the death of PC Andrew Harper. Although we both were dragged by a car when trying to make an arrest, the consequences to our lives was very different. Since retiring I have worked tirelessly to an awareness of police welfare and welfare. I wrote the Copper's Lot in order to bring these issues to life. The E-book is available on amzn.eu/d/gI821go for .99p if you would like a signed copy you can purchase one from my website robhindley.com for £7.50 including P&P. A portion of the profits will be donated to Care Of Police survivors..

@AVintenAuthor What an unfounded and despicable thing to say. There are vile individuals in any group, however, to tar everybody with the same brush is to buy into prejudicial stereotyping.

The last thing women want is groups of coked up Reform UK supporters roaming the streets in packs.
Stop using women and girls as an excuse to be racist thugs.

@JaydaBF @Mickskinz @JaydaBF Simply looking at your Wikipedia page it is clear that you have aligned yourself with racist politics. anything you have to say about the police related your own arrests means NOTHING until you have actually stood and faced violent offenders

I’ve actually been arrested plenty of times, and cuffed.
Pushing a persons head down is a technique the police use when a suspect is resisting, which he didn’t appear to be doing.
If 4 police officers are incapable of cuffing a suspect as slight as that lad, they aren’t fit for their role.
I know airport police are harsh and of course his brother would have been better off not getting involved (I’m sure he knows that with the benefit of hindsight!), but that didn’t give the crazy female copper the right to lean over and punch him!
She caused this mess.
They should have nicked him, taken him to the station and let the courts deal with the original alleged offence.
English

Slow it down.
Four coppers were ‘arresting’ the boy in light blue.
One of them pushed his head down for no apparent reason (he didn’t seem to be resisting and there were FOUR coppers present, surely enough to get cuffs on him?).
The brother in the dark top walks round (probably to tell them to go easy on his brother after watching them push his neck down).
The female copper then punched the brother (dark top) in the face first, then another male officer does the same, then the brother in the light blue kicked them in response.
The police used excessive force, then stamped on the kids head after kicking him in the face, that bit isn’t in this video.
I don’t care if they’re Muslim or two White brothers, the police were wrong.
I see two brothers looking out for each other, the young one got carried away and shouldn’t have hit the female officer, but females shouldn’t be in the forces roughing up young men.
The female officer threw the first punch.
This was totally avoidable and I would expect a greater degree of restraint from armed police officers.

@vernalscott @NickBuckleyMBE in my opinion only a spiteful nasty and misogynistic little man could make such a crass comment. When you have walked in her shoes and done what she has done, only then do you have a right to cast judgement.

Shout the odds like a gangster but you won’t hold the gun. If you need me to help you fill in the application so you can show us how it’s done I’ll happily oblige. Until you’ve walked a mile in our shoes, I’d probably sit this one out fella.

This is terrible to watch. She is obviously brave for wanting to do the job but she is just a little girl when up against a violent man. Females should not be in front line roles where strength is an essential trait.

@InspGadgetBlogs I believe that there is merit to the idea. Reducing the number chief officers would free up much needed revenue. I would also remove the CI rank and reintroduce senior sergeants and there's merit to introducing a senior constable rank

*Question on the Police Federation*
Our police officers need a body that provides them with strong, accountable and effective representation.
They are not getting that from the Police Federation @PFEW_HQ
Pleased that the Minister for Policing will be taking this up.

@TorbayTim Sadly, this is just another example of highly skilled officers forced out of the police. The loss of these officers has immense negative impact on the ability of the police that the serve the public efficiently.
