Very interesting study looking into survival in patients who have undergone acp in malignant/non-malignant disease. They suggest a reduced insight into disease severity in the non malignant group. The franceparkinson.fr have video about diagnostic realisation and acceptance

Not yet available online but results of HEALTH (Total hip vs Hemisrthroplasty) trial in latest issue of NEJM. Unassisted ambulatory patients, around 4% institutionalised, will be interesting to see longer term follow-up. May have significant impact on costs.
