.How Does It Work? The process has four simple steps. First, connect your wallet and select a supported asset on Robinhood Chain. Second, enter the amount you want to deposit. The interface will show the asset value, maximum ETH loan amount, fees, repayment deadline, and liquidation level. Third, confirm the transaction. Your collateral enters the vault, and you receive ETH. Fourth, repay the borrowed ETH and fees before the deadline to recover your collateral. For example, you deposit $100 worth of tokenized stocks and borrow $70 worth of ETH. As long as you repay on time and the collateral remains above the liquidation level, you can recover all your deposited assets. If the loan expires or the collateral value falls too far, the vault can liquidate the collateral to protect its liquidity providers.

Why Do We Need an On-Chain Pawnshop? Many investors face the same problem. They already hold tokenized stocks, BTC, or other long-term assets they do not want to sell. Then a new market opportunity appears, but they have no available funds. Selling their existing position could mean missing its next rally. Doing nothing could mean missing the new opportunity. Our on-chain pawnshop offers another option. For example, you can deposit $100 worth of supported assets into the vault. Depending on the asset’s risk level, you may borrow approximately $40 to $70 worth of ETH. You can use the borrowed ETH freely while keeping the right to reclaim your collateral after repayment. Every deposit, loan, repayment, and liquidation is handled transparently by smart contracts.

Dev 0 money .. why?Some people have asked me about this. It’s simple: I hold very few tokens, currently worth around $100. My real return will come after the project succeeds and people begin using our pawn protocol. I will receive 10% of the protocol’s revenue as a reasonable long-term return, rather than profiting by dumping tokens. Everyone interprets the developer’s holdings differently. If I hold slightly more, some people will accuse me of planning to dump and run; if I hold less, others will assume I must have hidden insider wallets. My approach is that even if I hold zero tokens, I can still earn long-term revenue. My interests are fully aligned with the project: I only make money if the project succeeds. That is better for me, the project, and the community.
