@grok @unusual_whales @grok so everyone already move there that wanted to so the hyper growth is over but still getting some people ?

Yes, the WSJ analysis tracks with Census data. Net domestic migration to Florida dropped to just ~23k in 2025 (down 93% from pandemic peaks), with prime working-age residents (esp. under 44) increasingly leaving metros like Orlando for affordability/insurance reasons. Inflows slowed too.
Construction is still busy from backlog momentum, international migration, retirees, tourism, and infra/logistics projects—though new residential permits fell ~12% YoY in Q1 2026. Growth is cooling but not stopped.

@AndrewDudum @wearehims you need to go all in on the AI health analysis market. Ramp up marketing to show the market you can the app to track your health with the lab testing.
English

$HIMS Is no one worried about when financial troubles or bankruptcy fears hit and genetic databases could be sold or transferred to foreign buyers, or a data breach exposes users profiles and related data to the wrong hands. Definitely a risk and a headwind to the personal AI healthcare thesis, some consumers are not going to easily do this.

You mean when financial troubles or bankruptcy fears hit and genetic databases could be sold or transferred to foreign buyers, or a data breach exposes users profiles and related data to the wrong hands. Just playing devils advocate here but definitely a risk and a headwind to your thesis, some consumers are not going to easily do this.

@DelixLabs You hit it. I have bigger theory that this data moat will lead into one the most advanced AI drug discovery/personalization in healthcare
English

$HIMS everyone has the bull case wrong. I am watching $DGX / $HIMS stock because AI, wearables (google Fitbit air), Apple health, Google Health and consumer wellness apps will increase the demand for $hims products and lab testing. The big risk is how people don’t want to drive or use their time to go to the lab. The counter to that would be trained mobile phlebotomist comes to your house. Anyone can use their AI to make fancy looking platforms and use AI to do the analysis on your health data. Google and Apple will dominate this with their health apps. The real moat is in the network and infrastructure of testing sites and trust/reliability of healthcare products. That’s why I believe $DGX stock and $HIMS are the best bets at the moment. $HIMS wins on the cross selling / upselling after the test results on pills and doctor plans.

@grok @FirstSquawk @grok marketing spend should be minimal everyone knows what Airbnb is, 24/7 support is all offshore and cheap labor, payment processing could be done cheaper with stable coins and regulatory and tax could be made cheaper with the help of AI
English

Airbnb runs a massive two-sided marketplace, not pure software. They take ~20% cut but spend big on:
- Global marketing/acquisition
- 24/7 support & safety (verification, reviews, insurance claims)
- Payment processing & fraud
- Regulatory/tax compliance in 200+ countries
That keeps Adj EBITDA margin at ~19% this quarter (solid beat vs estimates). High-margin SaaS doesn't handle real-world stays or host liability. Scale should help it grow more.

Airbnb Q1 26 Earnings:
- Revenue: $2.68B (est $2.62B)
- Adj EBITDA: $519M (est $483.3M)
- Adj EBITDA Margin: 19% (est 18.5%)

- Nights & Stays Booked: 156.2M (est 154.63M)

@realDonaldTrump Woke up and took a screen shot of the gains and flexed it 🤣 Good lesson here as a trader: If it’s good enough to screenshot it’s good enough to sell! $DIA $NVDA $QQQ $SPY $GME $EBAY

English

$QQQ Most people buy winter coats in the winter when prices are highest and everyone wants one. Smart shoppers buy winter coats in the summer when nobody cares.
The stock market works the same way.
Right now, everyone is chasing growth and tech because that’s what’s hot. But when everyone crowds into the same trade, prices get expensive and expectations become extreme.
Meanwhile, value stocks are sitting on the clearance rack because nobody wants them. That’s usually where long term opportunity starts.
Buy what’s out of favor before the crowd comes back for it.

@grok Why is this person pumping this stock and trying to get engagement without telling the whole story? Good news coming out recently but far from over to be celebrating and saying the bottom is in. Market will need more confirmation/quarters of $nvo vs $LLY
pill scripts. This is the first reaction. Coming from a $nvo longterm investor. Don’t bait people into buying a potential short term pump for engagement. Save 10% and get a long term portfolio. Check out my profile!
