@TheOURja @FLOWJamaica 4 whole weeks since a Flow road crew tore down the working lines in our area with no notification effectively terminating service yet still billing us! Then saying we are to migrate to fiber but never sending anyone to do such after many CS inquiries. 🤮

@FLOWJamaica into the 4th week of involuntary migration to fiber and still waiting. All the "we are assigning this the highest priority" and "you will be contacted within X hours" have worn thin. You have awful planning and even worse support.

@FLOWJamaica coming up to 3 weeks since working adsl internet was torn down by Flow. I've been waiting since yesterday for technicians who called on Monday saying that they would come on Thursday but nothing. I would say this is shocking but it's Flow customer service's M.O.

@FLOWJamaica another week has gone and Flow still hasn't contacted us to migrate to fiber after three separate assurances of it being done in "24-48 hours". Tearing down working infrastructure for one still being built is beyond stupid. Better not send any bills

@FLOWJamaica if what you meant by "migrating to fiber" is sending out people to walk about signing up people and asking for deposits, then Flow CS has become even more garbage that destroying our existing connection without any warning.

@FLOWJamaica DMing you is not going to fix the problem I have been calling Flow support since the day it happened, Sat Feb 8. I have been told that the connection needs to be migrated to fibre, after you your road crew tore down out working ADSL...

@FLOWJamaica your employees tore down and existing system that was in use for a system that isn't even working(in my area) as yet with no warning, information or contact of any kind. One week plus, no contact, everything I know is from calls to support and technicians on the road

@VALORANT I found an issue where if you pop a KJ swamp grenade, while your turret is destroyed, you don't receive any audible or visual alert of the later.
