Today I'm excited to announce Tomorrow: an AI-native product studio. We're completely rethinking what a product studio can be in the AI era…small teams, creative vision, minimal funding and intense focus. tomorrowstudio.ai @tmrwai

this is a bigger deal than Fable 5 for me. been waiting for this since the janky chrome extension. a model that can't cowork on the web is an iPhone without a browser.

a friend showed me a fund model I'd never seen before. he raised a small fund with one legal restriction: it can only invest in companies he starts. fixed price, every time. whenever he has a new idea he writes himself the first check the same day. fundraising takes five minutes. one of his first companies was already acquired.

This might have been the last time I ever share Chatbase revenue publicly. We're now growing a lot faster than I ever imagined when I started Chatbase three years ago. Sharing revenue in the beginning was about transparency and just me being excited about our growth. Over time, it became a vehicle for marketing Chatbase, it got people asking "what is this product and why is it growing so fast?" But after a certain point, arbitrarily, I decided it's $10M, I want the product, the features, the customers, and the way I demo and communicate the product to be the proof of its quality and its growth. Not Stripe screenshots. It's the end of an era. But I'm excited for a new era of talking more about the product, the features, and how we're helping our customers. I think a lot of application-layer AI companies are going to move away from revenue slopposting. Because the way you show people that what you built is real and not just a new tool people are trying, isn't revenue screenshots and it's not cinematic launch videos. It's sharing your screen and showing people an amazing experience, or sharing stories of your customers and how you helped them. Because you should be proud of what you're building. And if you're not proud of it, keep working on it until you are. Then share it.

We just crossed $10M in ARR at @Chatbase! 🎉 🎉 And today, we're launching Chatbase as the full harness for customer-facing AI agents. Similar to how Claude code is a harness for coding agents, Chatbase is the harness for customer experience agents. That means we give the model the context, tools, workflows, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop systems to be the best ambassador for your brand. It's going beyond just solving issues and is giving your customers the best experiences across every channel. This is a milestone I have been thinking about and obsessed with since day 1, and I am super excited to bring my vision for customer facing agents to life with Chatbase. Thank you to every one of our customers and to the amazing Chatbase team for getting us here! Next stop: $100M ARR

our four rules 1: only build where latent demand exists, where people are already hacking a solution today. we don't invent needs, we find behaviors. 2: only build products where usage itself is distribution. if the growth loop isn't structural, we don't build it. 3: small all-star team, small because elite talent compounds and coordination costs kill velocity and vibes. 4: more shots on goal, one at a time. every startup pivots eventually, ours are designed in. focused on one vertical, so every miss compounds into the next shot. and when one hits, we shut the lab down and go all in.

i built this mac app with fable the week it came out, a few weeks later i can't imagine using my mac without it. wiggle the mouse and my messy desktop with 30 windows, dock, everything disappears into a blue sky. just my active window left. wiggle again and it's all back, nothing closed. it's a wallpaper you work on top of.
