Tomorrow kicks off Term 5 @PostUniversity , and I’m once again reminded how grateful I am to be part of the @PostUnivGaming programs at Post U. Every term I get to work with incredible students who are passionate about gaming, competition, storytelling, technology, and the rapidly growing esports industry. And yes… I still love telling people this: 🎮 You can earn both a Bachelor’s AND a Master’s degree in Gaming and Esports Management. The programs explore everything from the business of esports and event management to game design, streaming, marketing, and industry leadership—preparing students for careers in one of the fastest-growing global industries. What excites me most is seeing students realize that what they love can also become a career pathway. Proud to teach in a program that is helping shape the next generation of leaders in gaming and esports. The Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) exists to strengthen learning for all, through better environments-and that mission deeply aligns with my work alongside school districts across Tennessee. <1> New article! Many studies ask, "would you like to earn a badge?" but people don't know what they are. We talked to students who HAD earned a badge about whether they'd want more. Not surprising, we found 2 reasons they'd want 'em: 1) because boss values it or 2) they love it
